Main Frame: use alum-alloy frame structure

front 2 columns and back 2 columns use round tube more than37.5x27.5mm with wall thickness not less than 1.2mm, corner joints use high strength ABS engineering injection molding connector, with surface cured by pure epoxy resin powder at high temperature.

Cabinet Body:

use 16mm melamine board, sealed by 1.5mm PVC matched with hot melt adhesive for fireproof and edge sealing treatment.

Structure:

Upper cabinet, has 2 opening 5mm thick tempered glass doors(wooden frame)

Under cabinet has 2 doors, double opening wooden doors.

Cabinet Door:

use 16mm melamine board, the cabinet doors’ surrounding and the section are sealed by 1.5mm PVC together with hot melt adhesive for fireproof treatment.

Layer Panel: mobile, height can be adjustable

upper cabinet has 2 layers 25mm thick melamine board, under cabinet has1 layer 25mm thick melamine board.

Hinge: use high quality alloy hinges

Handle: use alum-alloy handles

Cabinet Foot: use high quality rubber base plate for lab special use.
