Features

Workop: use 12.7mm thick phenolic resin(solid core physiochemical)board, all surrounding edges are double-thickened to 25.4mm, anti-static, waterproof, easy to clean, strong load-bearing, chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance of 180 ℃, good scratch resistance, beautiful and smooth without hurting hands.

epoxy resin board, ceramic board, stainless steel sheet or marble is optional.

Main Frame (H Frams or C Frames and Beams):

made of 60*40*1.5mm high quality steel tube, the surface is pickled and phosphorized and coated with epoxy resin powder, making the frame stable, exquisite appearance, with good corrosion resistance, good load-bearing performance, long service life.

The beams would be fixed on vertical frames by screws or blind rivets.

Cabinet Body:
1- Door, Drawer and Baffle(removable panels): use 18mm thick high quality melamine board, all sections are sealed by high quality PVC, integrated with the wood board. with properties including anti-corrosion, fire, moth, etc.

(MDF, HDF is optional)
2- Slide Rail: use 3- section rolling ball slide rail,light smooth and no noise when slide, high strength and not deformed after long term load (open-close can reach to over 100,000 times).
3- Hinge: use damping hinge, with opening angle is 90° or 110°, ,and it can be closed automatically without noise, no spring back, high strength and can not easily be broken, open-close can reach 50,000 times at least..

4- Handle: use integral molding embedded type PVC handle or U type stainless steel or aluminum alloy handle, firm and elegant appearance.

Adjustable Foot: the cabinet body is suspended from the floor about 15cm

use screw and nylon combination foot pad, with adjustable height 3-5cm,

Optional: the knee space(leg room) design for people to sit.

Material: high density PP made, resistant to most chemicals, strong corrosion resistance;

Wall thickness: 5mm, up to 7mm, flat and non-deformation.

• Water Tap/Faucet /Test Nozzle

Material: thickened solid brass Surface Treatment: coated by high gloss epoxy resin powder; resistant to most chemicals, corrosive and heat resistance, anti ultraviolet radiation, non-toxics and safety.

Ceramic Valve Headwork: sealed structure, can be 90° roated, with lifetime 500, 000 times without any leakage; the suitable inlet water pressure is 0.9-1.2Mpa.

Switch Knob: high grade PP made, ergonomic design, convenient and quick. feel comfortable, easy to operate. Nozzle: detachable, anti-splash bubbler is optional;

goose neck pipe can be 360° rotated. 

• Pegboard/Drip Rack/ Drying Rack

      ​Material: high grade PP, stainless steel is available.

Size: 400*550*110mm, 550*700*120mm

Type: single faced or double faced, there are drain holes in the middle of the bottom tray, and the pegs(drip rods) can be detachable, easy to use.

Installation mode: wall mounted/ desk mounted

• Two/Three-layer Reagent Rack:

Upright column: use high quality steel sections welding molding, spec is 50*100, surface is coated with epoxy resin powder, firm structure, anti-corrosion and elegant appearance; there is 1 socket per column. Reagent rack shelf: use 5-10mm thick single side frosting high quality tempered glass.

all around rim treatment, smooth and not easy to hurt the hands.

Other Fittings:

Equipped with glass support arm, which make user freely adjust the height according to comfortable requests.

The shelf edge is equipped with Ø12mm stainless steel stop rods in order to prevent reagent utensil drop, elegant appearance and useful.

Packaging&Shipping

They would be packed in cartons (FCL shipping) or plywood boxes(LCL shipping) in assembled or disassembled state.
