Standard Integrated Type Laboratory Fume Hood 1800x850x2350mm
Fume hood is one kind of lab furniture, essential for laboratory, which plays the role of exhaust and ventilation. It is one of the most commonly used local exhaust equipment in the laboratory.
The structure of standard Type fume hood is upper-lower type, there is an exhaust hole at the top, which can be installed with vent blower.
The upper cabinet has lining baffles, controller, lamp, sockets, etc. and the visual window adopts tempered glass, can be moved up-down, freely operated by the personnel.
The lower cabinet is wall bench type, the upper is worktop, the lower is cabinet body, the worktop can be installed with water sink&tap.
Upper Hood: adopts double-layer structure design.
- The outer layer is steel shell, with 1.0mm thick galvanized steel sheet stamped and bent into one piece, the surface is coated by electrostatic spraying epoxy resin powder, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, the adhesive force of its spraying epoxy resin protective coating is good after the test of drop impact;
- The inner layer is lining baffles, use 5-6 mm thick compact laminate (compact chemical base board) to make, including top baffle, side baffle, back baffle, guide baffle, coated by electrostatic spraying epoxy resin powder, has excellent effect for moisture resistance, bending resistance and impact resistance;
1. The guide baffles adopt 3-section exhaust design, can eliminate the exhaust dead corners and contribute to discharge gases with different densities; also keep the fume hood section face velocity at about 0.5m/s (100fpm).
2. It adopts side or back counterweight structure and knock-down movable baffles(with maintenance window), which is convenient for maintenance and upgrade of counterweight, water, electricity and gas.
- Sliding Window System
1. Visible window: ≥5mm thick anti-explosion tempered glass, slides smoothly, can stop at any position of the track, which is convenient to operate; the max opening height is not more than 750mm.

- Electrical System
1. Controller= LCD screen intelligent control panel: the controller is set on one side of outer column, is convenient for observation and operation.
2. Socket: use 10A/16A 220V multifunctional sockets with dust-spray proof protecting cover. The outer size is 60*60mm, suitable for all kinds of lab equipment.
3. Lighting: use integrative LED lamp, hidden in the top baffle, will not be in touch with the gases of the fume hood, easy to be changed, the luminance is enough for experiment purpose.
4. Equipped with overload and short circuit protection safety device.
- Worktop: generally use 12.7mm thick solid core physicochemical board, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistance.
Optional: epoxy resin board, ceramic board, marble or stainless steel sheet.
- Cabinet body(frame, door, drawer): is overall assembly structure, made of 1.0-1.2mm thick galvanized steel sheet, with surface coated by epoxy resin powder.
1. Hinge: damping hinge is selected, with opening angle is 90° or 110° or 175°, can be closed automatically without noise, no spring back, high strength and can not easily be broken, open-close can reach over 50,000 times.
2. Handle: embedded type or bow type alum-alloy handles or bent type integrative handles, strong solid and elegant appearance.
