Structure: teacher demo bench is modular design, one side is for water, the other side is storage cabinet(other devices like the computer host, DVD, amplifier, center control host cthe computer host, DVD, amplifier, center control host, etc), the middle is for demonstration(the teacher demo power supply and students’ power suplly control device). 

Bench Top: integrated worktop, use 12.7mm thick double-sided membrane physicochemical board, with the edges thickened into 25.4mm. With advantages like warpage resistance, easy to clean, waterproof, fireproof, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, anti-static, double sides can be flipped to use.

Bench Body: aluminium alloy frame structure, the overal is corrosion-resistant, fire-resistant, moisture-proof, stable and durable.

- the frame use GB Ф50 mm±1.0mm round tubes as standing legs, the horizontal beams use square tubes 32x28±1.0mm, with wall thickness not less than 1.0mm(±0.2mm), with surface electrostatic sprayed by epoxy resin power. the connecting connectos are ABS engineering plastics made, which make the assembly seams tight, firm without looseness and no deformation, beautiful and durable.

- the cabinet(back board, side board, hanging board) use 16mm thick dampproof double veneer melamine board, board and board are connected by built-in 3 in 1 connector.
all exposed cross-sections shall be sealed with high quality PVC edge banding by automatic edge sealing machine, strong adhesion, good sealing, no deformation, beautiful appearance, durable, never degumming.

Foot Pad: use ABS injection molding foot pads, height adjustable, can effectively prevent bench body from damp, extending the lifetime.

• DC stabilized voltage source: 1.5-1.8V continuous adjustable, rated current 6A, 18v-24v rated current 3A(automatic protection for short circuit and overload, automatic reset), 85 pointer gauge display.

• DC big current output: 9V/40A, 8s automatically disconnect.

• Teacher socket power supply: 220v AC, load current 10A. 5-hole(or 3-hole dual purpose)AC power supply socket 1 pc. is built within the middle drawer of the demo bench.

​A. Student bench AC 220v power supply is controlled by teacher, each group is controlled by air switch, 4 groups in total, and matched with leakage protection switch.
B. Teacher control uniformly student bench low voltage power supply, AC each gear 2v, 15 gears in total. The DC is fine tuning under control.
