Description
The solid core physicochemical board has strong corrosion resistance and can withstand the corrosion of various acids, alkalis and reagents. We can understand that it is compact laminate which is resistant to acid and alkali.
Processing Technology
The corrosion-resistant physicochemical board is made of chemical resistance film, decorative paper impregnated with melamine resin, plus multiple layers of black or brown kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin, then pressed with steel plate under high temperature (148 degrees Celsius) and high pressure (1425 psi).
The thickness ranges from 2mm to 25mm,can be adjusted according to the needs of the number of kraft paper.

Solid core physicochemical board has all the advantages of compact laminate, such as easy cleaning, impact resistance, fire resistance, water resistance, and can be processed by carbon steel alloy tools, and can resist corrosion of more than 100 kinds of strong acids and alkalis.
